That Motor1 review wasn't particularly glowing, and the 4er's design could kill all hope of this car no matter how good it is for many including myself.

Back in the real world it sounds like a good platform for the M4 with the already Increased ALU use, wide track and low cog. Nevermind that C&D drunk talk
If there's one thing I've learned with C/D its to never trust their press drives. They are always extremely positive and never look at the negatives. Once they get the cars in their own hands for a review they tell it how it really is. Just look at the difference in F30 and G30 press drives and then instrument tests/reviews, they go from glowing to critical.
