225/40/19 and 255/35/19 are basically equal diameter so the proper fitment for xDrive. If you want 235 up front you will have a slightly taller tire in the front unless you also go with 265 in rear.
235s will fit on the 8" wide front wheels although I don't know about rubbing. 265 is probably too wide for an 8.5" wide rear wheel.
Why do you want 235s in front?
