Except for the grill, the design seems very generic...like many have said, similar to Infiniti (or a bit of Lexus) with some Mustang added in.
Plus, BMW is no longer leading design, they are following. Lexus (& Toyota), Audi, Infiniti have already done the huge grill thing and it's just plain old.
