It's not a dealer installed part though. The dealerships up here may be able to find the part number, but you usually have to use a valid VIN to order it. |
I doubt it's "vin-locked," not even the GTS & CS OEM parts are, more like it's too new to source or on a scarce backorder.
In my experience, as long as you're willing to pay, someone is willing get it for you.
