Interested in this also, as I have the LED package on my G20 and when I had the same package on my F30 it was standard. No sense why it can't be be added (except for BMW to charge 2000 euro for the extended light pack)
The only thing it does is to switch high beams on/off based on incoming traffic and since I have all packs except the laser lights, the hardware must be there.
