It took some fiddling but found it on my own. Here's what you need to do.
It enables Comfort Plus when you hit the comfort button, shows in the gauge cluster as well as idrive screen. You can also set Comfort plus in Eco Pro Individual in both steering and suspension. I have Adaptive M suspension (2VF), I don't know if it makes any difference if you don't have 2VF.

FWIW, driving wise, suspensions definitely feels a lot more softer. I wasn't able to feel a great deal on steering with Comfort Plus.

enjoy!

Code:
BDC_Body3 > CAFD_7083 > ComfortWorldMode1 -> Change to: ComfortPlus
HU_MGU > CAFD_3E52 > FES_COMFORT_PLUS -> Change to: Active
HU_MGU > CAFD_3E52 > ECO_CONF_STEERING_COMFPLUS -> Change to: Active
HU_MGU > CAFD_3E52 > ECO_CONF_ATTENUATION_COMFPLUS -> Change to: Active
I used esys. Probably possible via bimmercode too if you have expert option.
Wow great instructions. I used Bimmercode and was able to find all of the settings you listed. It works!

Some instructions for Bimmercode:
BDC_Body3 > Expert Mode > Search "ComfortWorldMode1" -> Change to: ComfortPlus

HU_MGU > Expert Mode > Search "FES_COMFORT_PLUS" -> Change to: Active

HU_MGU > Expert Mode > Search "ECO_CONF_STEERING_COMFPLUS" -> Change to: Active

HU_MGU > Expert Mode > Search "ECO_CONF_ATTENUATION_COMFPLUS" -> Change to: Active
