Isn't this the first M440i? The prior gen was just a 440i no?

Pretty sure this B58 is rated 382 horses from the factory, which is like 50 horses more mfg advertised for the prior year generation at 335.

I know 2020 supra and 2021 had this exact change and 2020 owners were not happy at all...

I agree with this not being groundbreaking, but this is an evolution over the prior cars.
It might be more hp and torque, but bmw didn't have to fight hard to get there. Bootmod3 would get you those numbers and then some.
