As 1 + 2 aren't true, then it must be 3.
I've checked the coding for LCA/SWA on the G20 and it's changed from False/Disabled on i-step 11/2019 and presumably 03/2020, to enabled if certain criteria are met on 07/2020.
Thing is, unless I'm going code blind, one of the criteria looks to be a build date of 07/2020 which I doubt yours is? It's possible BMW messed up the logic.

Looks like I jumped the gun here. I checked the coding after the upgrade to 07/2020.54 and it was all in place. However, today was the first time I’d been on a dual carriageway and it’s not working!
Haven’t had chance to look into this, but wondering if the latest code disables it no matter what?
