I only dealt with them for satnav updates for my previous MINI. They were very helpful and professional to deal with. I code my F55, G20, and e82 with the Bimmercode app with a OBDLink MX+ OBD2 Bluetooth Scanner. The F55 and G20 have over the air satnav updates from BMW.

I also have coded with a ethernet cable and lighting aux adapter. I find the MX+ works better for me.
