Income limits apply unfortunately. Back when I applied a couple years ago the limits were in place, but they were only verifying a random sample of applicants. Iirc since last year they’re now required supporting documents from all applicants

There’s also a smaller rebate from your electric company, PG&E up here was $800 and I believe SCE down south was giving a little more
