I hope that works for you, and definitely let everyone know. but when I spoke to ConnectedDrive Support about this very issue yesterday, they told me it was a known problem and they’re “working on it” and to “wait a week and call back if it still isn’t working”. Yay.

My M340i last updated on 6/5.
