How does one get their companion to actually USE the stuff you give them? I gave Strong some nice Supermutant Armour but he's not suing it...

I have most of a set of T60 now - still using one T45 leg. I got it from National Guard but I went there when I was Lvl21/22.) I also have a full set of Raider II. (as well as the initial T45)
