Once mine is setup like this, the config is retained and the light remains green. I didn’t like it being amber!

Thanks for this. I do exactly the same and unfortunately everytime I restart the engine it reverts to default. There is even a message telling me on idrive that when I untick the steering intervention box, that this will be renabled on restart. Do you get this message?
I am not sure why everyone else's seems to stay off but mine doesn't. It's bizarre.
