As far as Lasers are concerned, they are way to expensive, especially as a retrofit because the light output is maybe 5% better than with Adaptive LEDs you have on your car. For EU spec cars Lasers only kick in automatically for high-beam in rare occasions when you're driving above 60km/h and if there is absolutely no traffic in front of you AND if the road is completely dark. So 99% of the time the light output is the same as with adaptive lights.
If you're only looking to get Lasers for their DRL signature lights, that's a different thing.
