What you’re seeing there is the WLTP hybrid electric range - this is what has been confirmed will apply to cars registered from April 2020. The table unfortunately is no help for cars registered before April 2020 since nowhere has the UK Govt stated that WLTP will apply to them. By a process of elimination it must be NEDC (what else can it be?).
BMW don’t publish NEDC ranges so you have to ask them direct.
