My SA seemed a little too harsh with his diagnosis. He said they will diagnosis the issue sometimes they have to replace the entire head unit 😳. Let's hope that's not the solution they come up with! Haha

Your SA offered to replace your HU! Mine said it's a problem with all BMWs, including his, and that there was nothing that could be done!!
