My F series X1 has been sitting at the Baltimore port for 2 weeks. Dropped a message to my dealer asking what was going on with the car and referenced this issue. Dealer called me and is suspecting it is affected but have a message in to the port to get confirmation either way. I'll update here when I hear back.
