As of today, there is no current recall/stop delivery/bulletins for the F48 - last one being in June for issues related to the seat belt. This is not a new recall, it has been referenced and issued to the BMW network sine the beginning of October and has only outlined the G20 and G29.
Whoever is responsible for logistics at the dealership can and should easily be able to provide information. Either the vehicle was just missed/there was an oversight on loading/delivery to the dealership or there is a port campaign but that would have already been reported and a document would be available.
