Have you changed your profile in any way? My settings are all in the guest profile. Recently I linked the connect drive to my car and it zapped in some settings from when I had just picked up it under my actual name profile... and the voice activation went AWOL. I switched back to 'guest' with my preferred settings and the voice system was live again.
