On the connected drive portal there is a list of major changes that came in the 11/19 release, but nothing that tells me what changed in the .70 build versus the .39.
For example, if the weather app was deleted, I'd like to be made aware of that so I don't think something is wrong with my car when the tile doesn't work.
The release notes just reference the Connected Drive portal, and once you get there it just refers back to itself with info on what changed between minor releases.
