Since OP already took delivery on a specific in-service date, the VIR/key data needs to match that date, or else there is something wrong.
As suggested in post#12, OP should confirm in-service date with service.

yes, it would be nice to know the in-service date as that starts the clock on the maintenance plan coverage.
