Those are the 18" 790 M Bicolor wheels coming standard with M Sport package in Europe (or generally outside the US I guess).
As far as I've seen in the US order guides, you automatically get the 19s with M Sport, so I'm not sure you can get these, but worth a question at your dealer. Option code should be "1PD".
EDIT: Actually I see this is in the US ordering/price guide for M340i so I think one way or another you should be able to get it somehow even for other models after delivery, depending on your dealer.
