There are ways to secure funding for such things - in the guise of pilot program / R&D study for future tech that can be used across the board as an example. As long as it's not so bespoke as to be completely unusable elsewhere. |

(Honestly I'd be happy with a M2C to tool around in if I'm being honest. I wouldn't know what to do with a super car)
