Wow, this is very disheartening to read. Waiting on my new 330i to be delivered to the dealer, and kind of shocked BMW has let these issues persist so long.

Is there anything I can/should tell the dealer to do to help remedy any of this before I pick up the car, like updating software, etc? Or are these problems strictly due to issues with BMW's system/servers?
