I have noticed what the manual describes during warm up. After warm up I do not experience what you are describing. With that being said, is there any hesitation from a stop? Analytical thinking suggests that if it continues through acceleration then it's a spark issue. If not then maybe fuel pressure at idle issue. Im spit-balling and reaching conclusions based on my experience, but others may see it differently.
