Yea definitely felt different, but not 15%+ different. My wife has an X5 M50D that is pretty close in straight line acceleration (which is insane for such a large vehicle).I am noticeably quicker, but not a by a long way.
The main question, and I've emailed TDI, is why the boost didn't increase? Unlike the JB+, this box reads / maps from the boost sensor, RPM, and air flow so I am surprised it didn't do much. In fact, in Mode 7 the boost was lower(!!) stock in parts. It is possible that the car when into a sort of limp mode due to it being super hot... but I suspect that's unlikely.
