After the ship leaves shore (not sure on the distance, but roughly however far radar tracking can reach from land), tracking is only available via satellite and most ship tracking websites charge money for that. So you won't see its current position until it gets close to the East Coast USA.
This website updates the location usually once a day using the satellite location - so you can see the status -
