The manufacturer is
CANchecked. They don’t sell the gauge directly, but they do point you to their vendors that you can buy it from, if you go to their website that I linked.
One thing I do want to point out about it is that, if you want a clean setup, you will have to take off the ID8 screen since you have to wire it to the BDC, which is in the passenger footwell. But, once done, the gauge is fantastic! Fully customizable with gauge types, colors, background, outputs etc.
