Massa has sent 'Letter of Claim' to FIA/FOM in which they have a fortnight to respond to and if not will start legal proceedings against the 2008 world championship result.
There are many rules from FIA on how once the championship is decided it is final, but the evidence presented may be damning enough to heap more disgrace on the organisation.
