Hey Frederik,
I live in Belgium too and since 1 januari my connected drive stopped working.
The dealer told me that if resetting the idrive doesn’t work, I need to bring the car in for an update..
Thanks to your post I am NOT going to do that!
Which dealer is your car coming from?
