IMO I do it myself but not a ceramic coat.
I wash then clay then AIO cleaner and top it with Silica spray. This method is easy and can be all done within 3-4 hours. Silica spray can be existed up to 6 month. When you notice that your car has some residue in your paint, you can clean it with your AIO cleaner.
