Well if Lebron helped his win%, safe to say Kobe/Pau/Jordan/Pippen helped Phil's don't you think? Obviously great players help coaches and Mike Brown still has Kobe/Pau/Bynum.

If he was so good, he wouldn't have gotten fired by the Cavaliers. Especially during that season, the Cavs had the best record in the NBA.
