My dealer hadn't heard it was out, but when they logged into the BMW software system in the dealership it was there for them to download, took them a few minutes to download and was updated to my car.
They dont send out memos to the dealer every time an update is out, I guess it only shows when they are either told the version or they look for it when a car requires it.

Thats sound advice, thank you. I'll add it to the rattly sunroof problem I have and send it to the dealer to sort! Still love the car!
