I feel your pain, I received my order number on 11/20 and started reading that must of the people received their production date right after but mine took about 2 weeks. I called BMW different times and all the occasions different dates were given for production and completion.
To my surprise the car started production first week of December and is already on a vessel on the way to the US.
Hopefully yours is on the way soon.
