Yes, it doesn't seem to allow you to associate more than one user with the same account, which is a bit annoying!? Or you can just leave it as Guest, set the car up as she likes and it will default to that when it sees her key. I think there may be an option somewhere in iDrive that you need to set to associate your user ID/settings with seeing your key.
