If I ever moved to europe it would have to be somewhere like Luxembourg. Real estate is still cheap, and their tax structure is one of the few in Europe that isnt serious income rape. Plus, europe is a hot target for terrorism right now, but who the fucks gonna waste the time to attack little old Luxembourg? nobody.
I'm also pretty sure there would be enough money within the group to completely control the city we bought in, If not the whole country
