The idea of yoga in a heated room doesn't appeal to ME, but I have to bring a towel so I don't slip off a mat anyways. Yoga in Yucatán and Jamaica had to happen at oh-dark thirty, no matter how buzzed I still was
Because of yoga awareness I now even put in my shoes differently

Even after the 3 sessions I am learning more about my body and becoming more aware of things, I can't wait to see what progress I make .
I def need the towel, I sweat a TON in there , I'm not 100% a fan of the heat, but the class is at 4PM which is perfect as its on my way home from work and I'm off at 330 so I will deal with it, and it should get easier as I continue to go.
