My app had been working flawlessly till last Friday. I had the trip info and ability to locate car etc.

I reinstalled the app but realised it's probably the car not sending/receiving updates. It wouldn't check for software updates (function not available).

I then removed myBMW account off iDrive and tried adding it. It said it couldn't since there is no mobile data connection.

How do I check this? Where is the car's SIM card? What network is it on? I have been in multiple places so it would have been in places with a signal to start working right?

It maybe a problem where I live if there is mobile signal problem. Although none of our phones across three networks have an issue.

Very puzzling...

The annoying thing is to have saved radio stations it appears to need the myBMW account working?
