I had originally had my amp replaced with another 65-12-5-A20-7E7 and the problem reoccured yesterday. Brought it into my service center with a video (as best as possible) and the PuMA measure # (they couldn't look it up as PuMA seems to be deprecated in the U.S.) but looked up the part and saw it replaces the A20-7E7, so agreed to order and try it. Will report back.

they replaced mine with the same broken ass amp. If it breaks again I will lose my shit

Today they replaced my amplifier as well, and the mechanic said it was a new part number for this one. He seemed quite sure the amp was the issue.
We'll see if that solved the issue.
