"Driver Assisstance Restricted - Camera Vision"

Is it normal to receive the Driver Assisstance Restricted - Camera Vision when the weather conditions are poor?

I should start by saying I had a new windscreen in December and had the rain sensor and high beam assist failure where they had not sealed the windscreen sensor correctly. they put this right and the problem resolved.

This month I have had 3 occasions, all when driving on the motorway in poor weather - misty, rain, spray. The camera vision restricted message has appeared briefy - twice on the same 2 hour motorway jouney.

The car and windscreen are always kept clean and clear (there is no dirt on the screen covering the camera vison)

The issue has never occured in dry conditions.

Do I need to contact Autoglass again to get them to investigate or is it normal to get the error message on occasion, in poor weather?
