Hi there. I have a custom build 330i going into production shortly. There are two M Performance part accessories that I'd like to install on the car. Both are from IND: the black chrome exhaust tips and black chrome "330i" badge.

Is it a good idea to order and send them and ask my salesman if the parts can be mailed to the dealership and installed before delivery, or just have them sent to me and do this myself?

I'm okay doing the exhaust tips swap but a bit concerned about the badge replacement and getting the alignment correct. All of the tutorial videos from IND show the removal and replacement of a two piece Mx badge which is fairly straightforward using the painters tape method. However, the 330i is four separate pieces and seems trickier to accomplish based on their method.
