Interesting what you write, but I never understood that with the torque limitations. Could you explain me please what you exactly mean ?
I currently have 660Nm on my ZF 8HP51 without any problems. There are thousands of tuned Supras with over 800Nm and there is no question of limitation.
I'm doing a turbo upgrade and asked the tuner specifically about XHP. The answer: he can recommend it, but it is not necessary to drive with 750-800Nm.
