I understand your logic, but the reason why I stated it the way that I did is because our current transmissions in the F8X can easily handle more power/torque (...safely to the 500 horsepower mark). The 6MT version of the G8X is only supposed to be rated at 444 HP, so from an integrity standpoint, the transmission should hold up.
