Sure, but even with an F31->F81 conversion, which has been done before, you still had to replace every single piece on the front end. Headlights, grill, bumper, hood - all of it. Warranty would be in jeopardy with a true full conversion no doubt, but you have to pay to play I guess.
Someone will do it eventually. There’s always at least one.
