Same on my G20 330e

Hi !

I have the same with my 330e ! (Delivered 1st October 2019).
I had the same error message at first (The first 3 weeks).
Went to my dealer, no clue, they are checking with BMW group, but it has been a month, and still nothing.

One day, I pressed the button. Magically, it worked. Next day, same, it simply worked.
Yesterday, tried to launch the recording, the same error message again. This morning, worked like a charm.
Seems to be very sporadic behaviour.
Never reset iDrive yet....
