I've already asked my CA to escalate this to BMW NA, and I will call the Genius hotline soon to confirm what I was told by the dealer. This is pretty frustrating for people who paid for remote start.

I have exactly the same issue with my new M340 xdrive. Figured it was something I was doing wrong, but maybe not.
