I think that estimate is way too high, the g80 should track the x3m pretty closely with the g82 coupe a couple grand more. You are only going to see near 100k with ccbs, a ton of m performance addons, and individual paint.
Loaded x3m is ~84k so I would expect a similarly equip g80 (competition, exec, driver assistance pro) to be +/- 1k of that amount. I suspect most are going to go out the door 75-80k msrp
