These are all good ones, I'll add "following too closely" to the list.
I'm on the road literally all day every day for my job, and I meet all kinds of people. EVERYONE I meet complains about how people drive. I wonder how many of these people examine their own driving habits and make a conscious effort to be a more courteous and safe driver....
