BMW M GmbH is 2.1 km away and BMW Individual is next door to BMW M GmbH.
There is an other "secret" prototype area 20 min north of Munich that I have been told of by top level BMW AG executives. The early prototypes are housed there.
From the pictures of the G80's posted it appears that these are recently manufactured pre-production cars as the factory build spec sheets are tape to the interior windshield. These cars will probably show up shortly on Ring prototype photos as there is less camo.
