Agreed. It's BS.
I have been in contact with local dealerships and BMW corp. No one has seen this, confirms it and even went as far as to laugh at the thought of it. They know it would end up in several big money lawsuits.
This is a case of hearing what you want to hear. There are ways to test if you've lost hp (another claim of these recalls and updates). Large amounts of enthusiasts would notice. The numbers of people coming forward with this are too small for it to be real.
